In January 2026, the Krško nuclear power plant, jointly owned by Slovenia and Croatia, generated 522,317 MWh of net electricity, surpassing the planned output of 515,000 MWh by 1.42 %. For comparison, in January 2025, the plant produced 522,067 MWh, which was 1.24 % above the planned 513,000 MWh for that month.
The facility operated fully within its technical specifications, with all safety and security systems functioning properly. Both the availability and capacity factors reached 100 %, and no technical issues were reported during the month, confirming stable and reliable performance.
