Viktor Vracar was appointed as the HSE’s new CEO for the four-year term by the Supervisory Board of Slovenian energy company HSE, while appointing Uros Podobnik as a new COO. Previously, Vracar was HSE’s co-COO, while Podobnik held the position of an assistant to the Management Board. At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to remove Stojan Nikolic as the company’s CEO and Viktor Vracar and Mirko Marincic as co-COOs.
Viktor Vracar has a PhD in the field of management and organisation and a graduate degree in electric engineering in process automation. He held executive posts in several private companies including subsidies of ThyssenKrupp. He also was a member of the Supervisory Board of HSE from 2016 to 2019.
