In April 2022, nuclear power plant Krsko, jointly owned by Slovenia and Croatia, produced 495,588 MWh of net electricity, which is 0.3 % less than planned (497,000 MWh) for this month.
Last April, NPP Krsko was taken offline for regular maintenance under its 18-month cycle. In its 31st cycle, the power plant produced 8.57 TWh of electricity, which is 1.84 % more than planned. The plant was reconnected to the grid in early May.
The plant is working under the constraints of technical specifications and all security systems were operable. Both the availability and the capacity factors stood at 100 % and there were no reported technical problems.
