Slovenia:Litostroj awarded delivery contract of equipment for Canadian hydro power plants
, SEE Energy NewsLITOSTROJ Hydro will deliver equipment of 19 MW for the HPP White River in Canada. Slovenian manufacturer of power equipment LITOSTROJ Hydro received a notice to start with the implementation of the contract for supply of equipment of 1 MW for HPP White River in Canada.
The plant is located in northern Ontario, and it is developed together by Canadian energy company Regional Power and Indian community Pic Mobert First Nation.
It is consisted of two engine rooms for which Slovenian company will deliver four turbines of type Saxo, two compensatory units, synchronous generators and the control and protection equipment. The entire project will be led by North American subsidiary of Litostroj, based in Bromont in Quebec, Canada.
