The privatization of Petroleum Distribution Corporation, a subsidiary of state-owned Turkish Petroleum, has been scheduled for the third quarter of 2016.
Therefore, the Prime Ministry Privatization Administration (OIB) has organized the informational meeting regarding the privatization of Petroleum Distribution Corporation. The potential investors were informed about the privatization process and the role of the Privatization Administration in transferring public institutions and organization to private capital interests was explained during the meeting.
Petroleum Distribution Corporation is currently the sixth largest company in Turkish fuel distribution sector with 4.4 % market share.
