The contracts for two new biogas plants in Vojvodina, in value of 13 mil euro, are signed yesterday in Vojvodina regional government.
The contractual parties with regional energy secretariat are companies Pigfarma from Banatska Subotica and Esentiko from Kula municipality.
Biogas facilities will have installed power of 999kwh, they will use waste from farms as well as some biowaste resources.
Representative of Esentiko company Mr.Hermerka stated that they are negotiating with Oil industry of Serbia for construction of biodiesel facility in Novi Sad and added that for this biodiesel production the company will need a lot of biomass from agricultural production. The supply chain which will good for both the state and villagers.
