The state enterprise “” Energoatom “, which is the operator of all operating nuclear power plants in Ukraine, in January-July 2015 increased the income from electricity sales compared with January-July 2014 by 47.2% – to 91MEUR, according to a company report.
Calculations of “wholesale energy market” for the supplied electricity for January-July amounted to75MEUR, accounting for 82.8%.
Electricity company for seven months in 2015 increased production compared to January-July to 51.167 billion kilowatt / hours compered with 2014 when it produced 49.334 billion kW / h. For 7 months of the current year the share of “Energoatom” in the Ukrainian electricity market stood at 56.5%.
“Energoatom” In January-June 2015 had a net profit of 96.6MEUR, while in the same period of 2014 the company completed with a net loss of 127.7MEUR.
