Expected wholesale market price for electricity in the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) of Ukraine in February 2016 will remain at 1 thousand. UAH 178.08 per 1 MWh (without VAT).
The corresponding solution is fixed with Resolution of the National Commission exercising the state regulation in the energy and utilities (NKREKU) №38 from January 25, 2016.
As reported, in 2015 (December 2015 to December 2014) forecasted wholesale market price of electricity rose by 23.3% – from 940.98 to 1 thousand UAH. 160.41 UAH per 1 MWh (without VAT).
