Bosnian power utility EP HZHB, the smallest of the three utilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, recorded a significant increase of its net profit in 2021. Its net profit rose to 22 million euros, compared to a net profit of just around 420,000 euros recorded in 2020.
The company’s operating revenues in 2021 rose by 54.5 % and reached 246 million euros, while operating expenditures increased by 33.6 % to 215.2 million euros.
Last month, EP HZHB has relaunched a tender for the main project design of Poklecani wind farm worth around 360,000 euros. The tender was originally launched in October last year. In 2018, the company commissioned the first large-scale wind farm in Bosnia and Herzegovina – 50.6 MW Mesihovina.
