Construction machinery began to embankment “peninsula” and to partition the Bosna River at the point where HPP “Vranduk” will soon begin to sprout in Doboj. Investor “Elektoprivreda BiH” (EP BiH), after securing the funds by EBRD loan of 26 MEUR for the construction of this facility, ordered the commencement of works, which will be intensified in the spring.
Director of EP BiH announced that the tender for contractors on HPP “Vranduk” will be announced in March.
It is expected that construction of HPP Vranduk will last 46 months, and value of the project is about 65 MEUR.
