Electricity transmission company Elektroprijenos BiH announced that the works on the reconstructed 110 kV transmission line Mostar 4 Siroki BrijegGrude have been completed and after conducting an internal technical checks it has been put into operation.
110 kV transmission line Mostar 4 Siroki BrijegGrude is a part of a former HPP Kraljevac-Mostar transmission line, which has been in operation for over 60 years. Therefore, it was necessary to conduct a reconstruction in order to safeguard the concrete pillars and increase transmission capacity, security and reliability of operation of the transmission line.
The reconstruction works were performed by a consortium of local company Dalekovod Mostar and Croatian Dalekovod. Total length of the reconstructed transmission line is 27.5 kilometers and 99 reinforced concrete pillars were rehabilitated in the process. The works started in late May 2015, while the value of this investment was about 1.5 million euros.
In June, Elektroprijenos BiH posted an audited financial statement of the company for 2015, according to which, this electricity transmission company has achieved positive operational results in 2015 and recorded total revenues in the amount 21 % higher than in 2014, while the company’s total assets stood at over 600 million euros, transmits Serbia-energy.eu
