Bulgaria, 2,236 MWh of electricity was traded on the day-ahead market of IBEX in November, SEE Energy News
A total of 2,236,150.3 MWh of electricity was traded on the day-ahead market of the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange (IBEX) in November 2021, which is 19.1 % more compared to the previous month. Average daily traded volume in November amounted to 74,538.3 MWh. Traded volume in November 2021 was 40.2 % higher compared to the same month last year.
The average baseload price on the day-ahead market in November amounted to 208.7 euros/ MWh, which is 10.7 % higher compared to October (188.47 euros/MWh), while average peak price was 246.87 euros/MWh (+ 18 %). There were a total of 89 registered participants on the IBEX day -ahead market, two more than in the previous month.
Regarding intraday market, a total of 87,776.1 MWh (+ 1.5 %) was traded, with the average weighted price of 193.17 euros/MWh (+ 1.7 %).
