Bulgarian public gas supplier Bulgargaz has proposed to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission 6% lower price of natural gas% in February. Proposal price among to BGN 73 (EUR 37.3) excluding fees and taxes.
The price is formed based on the quantities under the long-term contract with Azerbaijan and liquefied natural gas bought at auctions. Quantities from the gas storage facility in Chiren are also expected to be used.
The decision on the price of natural gas is expected to be made at the beginning of February.
