CEZ Distribution Bulgaria will invest BGN 1.5 million in the power distribution network in West Bulgaria in June, the press office of the company announced.
Nine investment projects will be launched on the territory of Sofia City, worth a total of BGN 628,000. Some BGN 528,000 will be invested in Southwest Bulgaria in fourteen investment sites, while thirteen new projects will start in Northwest Bulgaria, where the company will invest BGN 344,000.
“Every single initiative, which CEZ has been realising on the territory of West Bulgaria in the past eight years, aims at improving the quality of electricity supply and the client’s services. Our goal as a socially-responsible company is to provide safety of the power supply provided to our clients,” said Petr Dokladal, CEZ Regional Manager for Bulgaria.
Since entering in the Bulgarian market some eight years ago CEZ has invested BGN 680 million in repair and modernisation of the grid and improving the services in West Bulgaria.
