According to the Croatian President’s Office, Dutch wind energy company Green Trust and German wind turbine manufacturer Enercon are planning a project to develop a 500 million euros wind farm in the country.
The statement said that the planned wind farm will have an installed capacity of 425 MW and will generate 1 TWh of green electricity per year. Licki Medvjed wind farm will be located near Otocac and will be the biggest wind farm under development in Croatia. The construction of the wind farm will help improve the road network and high voltage infrastructure in the Lika region.
