A liquefied natural gas (LNG) truck loading station at the Revythoussa terminal operated by natural gas transmission system operator DESFA is expected to be commissioned in June, enabling up to 4,300 loads per year.
The new LNG truck loading station’s reservation platform is planned to begin operating next month, ahead of the station’s anticipated launch in June.
Due to LNG’s high concentration, the Revythoussa truck loading station will enable specially equipped trucks to transport large quantities of the fuel along road routes, simulating natural gas pipelines for increased flexibility in gas supply.
