North Macedonia, Makpetrol posted non-consolidated net profit of 2.8 million euros in Q1 2022

Macedonian fuel retail company Makpetrol posted non-consolidated net profit of 2.8 million euros in the first quarter of 2022, compared to a profit of 640,000 euros in the same period last year.

The company’s operating revenues increased by 77 % to 116 million euros in the first three months of the year, while operating expenses also rose by 75 %, reaching 112.7 million euros in the same period. Domestic sales rose by 75 % to 111.1 million euros, while sales on the foreign markets more than tripled to 3.8 million euros.

Makpetrol posted non-consolidated net profit of 22.7 million euros in 2021, compared to 5.7 million euros net profit in the previous year. The company’s operating revenues increased by 34 % to 362 million euros in 2021, while operating expenses also rose by 27 %, reaching 339.5 million euros. Domestic sales rose by 27 % to 334.5 million euros, while sales on the foreign markets more than doubled reaching 11.5 million euros in 2021.
