Djukanovic said that the plan was to create the conditions for signing the contract by June 30th, but, as he said, the small problems arose and the deadline has been moved to July 31st.
– I believe that we will then have all the conditions for the contract signing. In parallel, it is created contracting infrastructures for the final signing of the intergovernmental agreement which will provide a legal basis for the investment realization – Djukanovic said after recent meeting with Sobotka in Prague.
Czech Prime Minister said that for the company Skoda Praha it would be significant work, not only in Montenegro, but also in the Western Balkans.
The Montenegrin minister said that there are works on the formation of a separate company that will implement the investment.
– For now, the Government has 51% and the Electric Power Industry 49% in the new company. The ownership structure of the company is open and we want to attract more of an investor who wants to participate in the construction of thermal power plant. , transmits Serbia-energy.eu
