Chinese Poly group is ready to give its contribution to completion of big energy projects in Montenegro, like construction of hydro power plants (HPP) on Morača and Komarnica, and thermal power plant (TPP) Maoče, said Poly group’s representatives.
Vice-President of Poly group, Dai Ning, said at the meeting with the Minister of Economy, Vladimir Kavarić, that his corporation is familiar with ideas about building HPPs and TPP and plans for electricity exporting.
‘’In that sense, we are interested to give our contribution in completion of big projects in energy sphere, with corresponding support from Chinese banks’’, said NIng.
From the Ministry of Economy it is conveyed what Kavarić said on energetics as one of Montenegro’s major competitive advantages. He informed officials of Poly group about the project of building an undersea cable between Montenegro and Italy, as well as about status of completion of the project of second block of TPP Pljevlja.
At the meeting there was discussion about construction of wind power plants and small hydro power plants.
”We will make final decision about completion of projects HPP Morača and Komarnica, and TPP Maoče after investor’s concrete proposal. We are open for all discussions concerning those projects and ways for their completion, said Kavaric.
