The first solar power plant on the ground in Montenegro, Čevo Solar, with an installed capacity of 4.4 megawatts was put into operation.
The company Čevo Solar announced that the solar power plant was built in Čevo, in Cetinje, on an area of 70 thousand square meters.
“On an annual level, it will produce 6,064,522 kilowatt hours of electricity. Its size is also reflected in the number of solar panels – as many as 8,112, with a power of 545 Wp”, says the announcement.
The solar panels are said to be mounted on a specially-made structure of a total of 312 strings.
“A total of 26 inverters with an individual power of 125 kW were installed, which represents the total output power of the inverters of 3.25 MW. A new connection substation 0.8/35kV was built”, the company added.
