Region, Mild to moderate drop in spot prices on Friday
, SEE Energy NewsThe day before, delivery prices on Friday, April 22, 2022, on electricity exchanges in Southeast Europe ranged from 166.12 euros per MWh in Romania to 203.6 euros per MWh in Slovenia and Croatia.
The spot price on the Serbian stock exchange SEEPEX on Friday was reduced by 26 euros compared to Thursday, to 184.7 euros per MWh.
The Bulgarian and Romanian markets crashed on Friday at most intervals, with an average price of 168.54 euros per MWh in Bulgaria and 166.12 euros per MWh in Romania, up 43-45 euros per MWh from the previous day.
The Hungarian price is 204.43 euros per MWh and has been reduced by about 5 euros compared to Thursday.
On the Slovenian and Croatian stock exchanges, the spot price on Friday is 203.6 euros per MWh, which is about 10 euros less than on Thursday.
Greek stock market data were not released on time.
According to EPEX SPOT, day-ahead prices in Central and Western Europe on Friday range from 122.98 euros per MWh in Poland to 203.6 euros per MWh in Austria.
