Romanian power supplier and trader Alive Capital has finalised the acquisition of a company that is developing a solar photovoltaic project of up to 23.1 MW in Romania.
Alive Capital has purchased a 100% stake in Da Vinci New Project SRL, becoming the sole owner of the company and its solar park development in Teleorman County.
Da Vinci owns in rem rights two plots of land in the Nanov commune, one measuring 80,000 square metres and the other 167,500 square metres. These surfaces will be used to build the solar farm, Alive Capital said.
Da Vinci applied for funding through Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan intending to use the funds for the development of an energy storage system of up to 4.62 MW.
