Greek Mytilineos Group will sell a portfolio of 211 MW in solar capacity currently in development in Romania to Greek Helleniq Energy, former Hellenic Petroleum.
The portfolio includes 4 solar power plant projects, with estimated annual electricity generation of 300 GWh, in advanced development stages.
According to the agreement, Mytilineos will develop the solar project and hand them over to Helleniq Energy upon commissioning. Out of a total of 211 MW, 13 MW should enter into operation by the end of this year, 108 MW in 2024 and 90 MW in 2025.
