Acting Director of Serbian power utility EPS Dusan Zivkovic and the Minister of Energy and Mining of Montenegro Sasa Mujovic have agreed to direct cooperation of EPS and Pljevlja coalmine.
Mujovic said that all coal procurement for EPS from the Pljevlja coalmine would take place based on bilateral cooperation of the two companies, avoiding unnecessary third-party costs, reducing the possibility of manipulation and achieving maximum benefits for companies.
It was announced that the cooperation principle would start being implemented after EPS’s current agreements on the procurement of coal expired.
