The average weighted price of natural gas on the day-ahead market of the regional gas exchange CEEGEX increased on Monday, March 18, to 26.5 euros per MWh. During the previous week, spot gas prices varied from around 22.4 to 25.9 euros per MWh.
On the CEEGEX within-day market, the last transactions were recorded on March 17, and the price ranged from 24.5 to 29.3 euros per MWh.
TTF Fronth-month futures on the ICE market increased by 5.4% on Monday, at 10 am, to 28.48 euros per MWh, while the price for the second quarter was 28.475 euros per MWh. CAL 25 reached 31.45 euros per MWh.
