MK Group plans to put its fourth wind farm, Krivača, into operation in May. The company’s CEO Mihailo Janković spoke at the Kopaonik Business Forum about green energy investments at a panel discussion called Path to Energy Transition. He said energy stability is key and a matter of national security and strategy.
MK Group built three wind farms so far, all in the Vojvodina province. Janković noted. The company plans to commission the Krivača wind farm, the first in eastern Serbia, in May. The project is worth EUR 165 million.
MK Group and ALFI Green Energy Fund took over the construction of the Krivača wind farm in the municipality of Golubac in June 2022 from Ivicom Holding, headquartered in Austria.
It will be the second one put into operation in Serbia since 2019.
