Nuclear power plant Krsko, jointly owned by Slovenia and Croatia, produced 488,023 MWh of net electricity in December 2020, which is 4.3 % less than planned (510,000 MWh) for this month. The plant was shutdown as a precaution after strong earthquake in Croatia in late December. Last December, NPP Krsko generated 514,396 MWh of net electricity. The plant is working under the constraints of technical specifications and all security systems were operable. Both the availability and the capacity factors stood at 100 % and there were no reported technical problems.
