The tender was divided into two lots. Albanian Power Corporation (KESH) published the results of a tender to buy/sell electricity for the period between 10 and 15 November.
In the first lot, KESH purchased 3,780 MWh of electricity, at an average weighted price of 38.21 euros/MWh. The lowest offered price was 35.8 euros/MWh, and the highest was 39.87 euros/MWh. Under the second lot, KESH sold 3,200 MWh of electricity, at a price of 57.75 euros/MWh. At the tender, KESH requested bids for the purchase of electricity with delivery in two time profiles – from 00:00 to 06:00 and from 00:00 to 24:00, with a capacity of up to 70 MW. On the other hand, the sale offer, with a capacity of up to 200 MW, foresaw delivery in the peak interval from 16:00 to 20:00, when the price is higher. The difference between the purchase and sale price was about 18 euros/MWh on average.
