Bosnia: Energoinvest remains the sole authorized gas importer from Gazprom
, SEE Energy NewsWe have had successful negotiations with representatives of the Russian “Gazprom” and it was confirmed that we remain the sole authorized importer of gas in Bosnia and Herzegovina, said the director of “Energoinvest” Enes Cengic, after negotiations between delegations “BH-Gas” and “Energoinvest” Sarajevo with a Russian “Gazprom”.
It was agreed that the contract for the next year 2015th will be signed in November 2014th.
– Consumers in BiH will have a sufficient gas amount in the future. On the occasion of certain reductions of delivered gas quantities to Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives of “Gazprom” informed us that there has been some reduction, but it was done towards whole Europe because of their technical reasons, and not only to the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, however, did not affect or will affect in any way a sufficient gas amount delivered to our country – Cengic explained.
