Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company and Lukoil Neftochim Burgas negotiate on the procedure for the handover of operational control of the Rosenets oil terminal to Bulgaria. According to a decision adopted by the Council of Ministers, the concession is terminated on August 15.
A commission appointed by the Ministry of Transportation within 30 days of the termination has to take over the oil port. The Maritime Administration Executive Agency has issued an order to strike off Lukoil Neftochim Burgas from the list of port operators. Port Infrastructure State Enterprise will be entered as the operator of the terminal in its place.
