Croatia opens the biggest solar power plant in the country

Company Petrokov Ltd will in open the biggest solar power plant in Croatia.

The plant includes 3.000 m2 of PV cells on seven roof toops of total installed power of 400KW. Estimated annual production of electricity will be 400.000KWh which is sufficient for annual supply of 130 households. 232 tons of CO2 are estimated to be decreased.

The project value is 9 mil kuna and return of money is expected in 9,5 years. The development of project lasted for 17 months and contract on electricity purchase is granted for 12 years.

Company Petrokov Ltd is operating in area of heating and air conditioning and withs roof tops solar panels project became a leading green electricity producer in Croatia.
