The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has given preliminary approval for the issuance of an energy permit to the company “Vjetroelektrane iz Glamoca” for the construction of Slovinj wind farm.
The wind farm with an installed capacity of 138 MW is planned to be built in Glamoc. It will produce 506 GWh of electricity per year. The Slovinj wind project began in 2009 with continuous monitoring of wind speed and direction.
Based on the feasibility study, the total construction cost of the Slovinj wind farm amounts to 136 million euros.
