Total electricity consumption in Macedonia in April 2017 amounted to 601,034 MWh, natural gas consumption amounted to 8.082 million cubic meters, coal consumption reached 399,521 tons, while the consumption of petroleum products stood at 83,628 tons.
According to the data from State Statistical Office, 60.2 % of the consumed electricity in February was covered by domestic production, while 94.3 % of the total coal consumption was used for electricity production.
