Macedonia: EVN Austria beats all power traders, “EVN SUPPLY” has signed agreement for the supply with over 120 qualified companies
, SEE Energy NewsThe Austrian group EVN owns the electricity distribution network in Macedonia (FYROM). “EVN Supply” has signed a supply agreement with over 120 qualified companies for the first time in the free electricity market, stated from that company. Those companies that have shown confidence to them, have got the best offers that could get at the beginning of the second phase of liberalization in the electricity market, stated in this company.
– It is not important only favorable price, but users will get the experience and security in supplying, in the domestic market and in the European, where EVN has been present for a long time supplying 3.3 million customers in Bulgaria, Austria and Macedonia – stated in EVN.
Only the access to European stock exchanges and electricity markets, makes it possible for EVN help in job of cost planning for Macedonian companies.
– Those who have signed an agreement with us, do not have to worry if they will spend all the required power or not. Our experience and expertise about planning remains at their disposal. Balancing of spending will be our concern – says the manager, “EVN Supply,” Niko Beberu.
“EVN Supply” is formed and another balancing group. First, the biggest in Macedonia, is in regulated electricity market, where supplies tariff customers, including 700 thousand households and small businesses in Macedonia, and the other for a liberalized market which includes 70% of the companies that are on the 1st April came out in the open market.
