“Gasprom confirmed that details of the agreement with Macedonian Government for “South Stream” pipeline will be notified when results of Performance Study arrive.
Russian Company stated for Serbia Energy that the negotiations with Macedonia’s partners are in progress and that details from Performance Study and contract signing are being reconsidered.
Analysis shall determine technical, economy, ecology and financial justification of the pipeline project.
Ministry of Finance has published The International Agreement for Construction of Pipeline Branch, signed in Moscow last week, yesterday.
Experts state that this document is only a pre-contract after which signing of the second contract shall follow if construction of Macedonia’s pipeline branch turns out to be profitable.
