The average electricity bill for Montenegrin households in October amounted to 25.75 euros. That is 7% lower compared to the previous month (27.68 euros) and 2% lower compared to October 2022 (26.3 euros), EPCG said in a statement.
The lowest average monthly consumption was recorded in Zabljak municipality (18.9 euros), while the highest consumption was in Niksic, where the average bill was 29.2 euros. Around 70% of households will pay less than 30 euros for electricity consumed during October, 18% will pay between 30 and 50 euros, 10% between 50 and 100, while 2% customers will receive bills higher than 100 euros.
Power utility EPCG said that the households consumed 94.09 million kWh in October 2023, which is 2% more compared to October 2022 and 6% less compared to the previous month.
