Region, Moderate drop in spot prices on Friday, SEE Energy News
The day before, delivery prices on Friday, April 29, 2022, on electricity exchanges in Southeast Europe ranged from 222.34 euros per MWh in Bulgaria and Romania to 233.65 euros per MWh in Greece.
The spot price on the Serbian stock exchange SEEPEX on Friday was reduced by 9 euros compared to Thursday, to 223.96 euros per MWh.
The Bulgarian and Romanian markets crashed on Friday, with an average price of about 222.34 euros per MWh in Bulgaria, down 8 euros per MWh from the previous day.
The Hungarian price was reduced by about 2 euros, to 228.02 euros per MWh on Friday.
On the Slovenian and Croatian stock exchanges, the spot price on Friday is 228.06 euros per MWh, which is about 2 euros less than on Thursday.
The Greek spot price was reduced by 8 euros compared to the previous day, to 233.65 euros per MWh.
According to EPEX SPOT, day-ahead prices in Central and Western Europe on Friday range from 187.6 euros per MWh in Poland to 228.17 euros per MWh in France.
