Region, Strong growth fall day-ahead prices on Tuesday
, SEE Energy NewsDay-ahead delivery prices on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, on electricity exchanges in Southeast Europe rose sharply compared to Monday, and by over 100 euros per MWh, ranging from 228.57 euros per MWh in Slovenia and Croatia up to 287.45 euros per MWh in Greece.
The spot price on the Serbian stock exchange SEEPEX on Tuesday increased by 90 euros compared to Monday, to 231.82 euros per MWh.
The Bulgarian, Romanian and Hungarian markets traded on Tuesday at a price of 245.2 euros per MWh and increased by 105 euros compared to Monday in Bulgaria and Romania and 115 euros in Hungary, respectively.
On the Slovenian and Croatian stock exchanges, the spot price on Tuesday is 228.57 euros per MWh, which is 108 euros more than on Monday.
The Greek price increased by 32 euros, to 287.45 euros per MWh on Tuesday.
According to EPEX SPOT, day-ahead prices in Central and Western Europe on Tuesday range from 147.84 euros per MWh in Poland to 221.76 euros per MWh in Austria.
