Romania: OPCOM power exchange reports prices increase for traded electricity
, SEE Energy NewsThe average price for electricity traded today 24.2.2016 , on the Day Ahead Market (DAM), administered by OPCOM was 112.48 lei / MWh (equivalent to 25.12 euro / MWh). Increase was registered of 3.04% over the average price for the day yesterday (109.16 lei / MWh).
The total volume of energy traded for today was 65859.1 MWh, rising to 5.40 % compared to that recorded yesterday. The total value of traded energy for February 24 was 7,712,111.04 lei (1,722,499.20 euros), increasing by 7.76% compared to the previous day.
The share of net consumption forecasted transactions PZU is 40 76. A total of 223 operators have been active in this market. The average volume traded was 2744.1 MWh / h, increasing by 5.40% compared to that recorded yesterday, transmits Serbia-energy.eu
