Director of “TE-KO Kostolac”, Dragan Jovanovic, said for the cycle of investment plans, that it will be continued after definitive approval of national arrangement that considers credit guaranties to Chinese National Bank for realization of the “Kostolac” project second phase.
-State as a guarantor still remains in projecting the budget for this year. We have final technical and economy-legal negotiations with Chinese partners for harmonization of all elements of future contract at the moment.
The Study of Justification and Environmental Influence Estimation is being finished simultaneously, so september is planned to be the date of the first contract signings and maybe even the final contract agreement. Dynamics of works will be determined by the launching of “B3” Block construction, but what is sure for the next year is that Industrial Association expects projecting and collecting all approvals and permissions- Jovanovic stated.
