Corporate enterprise thermal power plants “Nikola Tesla” produced and delivered more than 5,4 billion of KWH in the first three months this year.
This kind of production represent 99,66% of planned electricity amounts for the first quarter of 2013 and it can be taken as the great production result in conditions of decreased consumption because of heat from the beginning of the year and great hydrology that enabled better work of HPPs that it was planned which means decreased engagement of TPP.
As special characteristic of TENT’s work from the previous quarter is separated engagement of TENT A three blocks: A3, A4 and A5. They worked under conditions of secondary regulation with total Serbian electricity system and provided very big savings to EPS.
Good production result of TENT in the first quarter was followed by great delivery of lignite from Kolubara. Railway transport of TENT Company transported more than 8 million tons of coal which is 1,3 more than it was planned.
