According to the Proposed Spatial Plan of Republika Srpska until 20125th, it was planned the construction of large capital projects in Republika Srpska, such as the gas pipeline “South Stream”, and three gas power plants- in Banja Luka, Prijedor I Bijeljina (alternatively Ugljevik).
The Minister for the Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology of Republika Srpska, Srebrenika Golic, points out that the Spatial Plan also includes the capital projects TPP “Stanari” and TPP “Ugljevik 3”, and wind farms in the mountains Trusina and Hrud in eastern Herzegovina.
The Spatial Plan of Republika Srpska also includes hydropower plants “Bocac 2” and “Mrsovo”, construction of hydropower plants “Ulog” and “Cijevna”, then the priority resolution of HPP “Nevesinje” and “Dabar”, draft of project documentation and activities on the HPP construction on the Middle Drina, and the construction of small hydropower plants for which the Government has given concessions.
