Bosnia: Austrian Kelag and Slovenian Interenergo to invest 50 MEUR in RES projects in Republika Srpska
, SEE Energy NewsMinister of Industry, Energy and Mining Petar Djokic and members of the company management of “KI-Kelag International” from Austria and “Interenergo” from Slovenia signed annex to the cooperation agreement on August 25th, which will enable the realization of investments in renewable energy in RS worth over 50 MEUR.
The Ministry of Industry announced yesterday that the cooperation between RS Government and the companies “KI-Kelag” and “Interenergo” has been extended by this annex until September 21st, 2017th.
– Thanks to the successful cooperation there were built two small hydropower plants “Novakovici” and “Zapece” with installed capacity of nine megawatts in whose implementation has invested nearly 25 MEUR- Djokic said, adding that the construction of SHPP “Medna” with installed capacity of 4.9 MW with a total value of about 20, 5 MEUR has been ongoing. , transmits Serbia-energy.eu
