Croatia: Marubeni prepared the financing for Plomin C TPP, SEE Energy News
The construction of new coal fired power plant Plomin C unit is excellent opportunity for Marubeni and other international investors that are already preparing the financing stated Hiroshi Tachigami from Marubeni.
Marubeni prepared the financing if Croatia decides to approve and go ahead with Plomin C project stated Tachigami.
He explained that part of project will be financed by Croatian power utility HEP and remaining the investors from Japan, France and other European countries. Companies like GE Alstom power are only part of the interested pool of companies. HEP will have to reach the final decision, the government as the owner of state controlled power utility. According to Marubeni official, Plomin C is one of the key energy stability projects, beneficial for local economy and employments, also the local communities.
