The Government and the Italian company A2A will not sign a new contract, in connection with the partnership for the Electric Power Industry (EPCG) if the agreement on the construction of the second unit of TPP Pljevlja would not be reached, said Deputy Prime Minister Vujica Lazovic.
He said that the discussions on this subject were underway and announced the arrival of high representatives of the Italian company on Monday or Tuesday in Montenegro, with whom they would discuss the business plan and investment program agreement.
“When it comes to a new contract between the Government and A2A the development projects are at the forefront, namely the second unit in TPP Pljevlja. And if they do not agree on the construction of the second unit then we will surely sign the new contract with them”, said Lazovic.
