Turkish company YEO Teknoloji said that it has signed an agreement with North Macedonian subsidiary of Kaltun Enerji on the construction of Dren wind farm.
The wind farm is located near Gevgelija and will have installed capacity of 44 MW. The first phase of the project envisages the installation of seven wind turbines with combined capacity of 34 MW, with the addition of two turbines with output of 5 MW each in the second stage. The contract signed with YEO Teknoloji is worth 6.45 million euros.
At the same time, Kaltun Enerji said that the previous contract signed with PowerChina has been terminated.
