Energy Minister of Serbia, Zorana Mihajlovic stated on Wednesday that she believes the reorganization plan will be adopted soon.
Mihajlovic didn’t want to comment statements from some media that it is unacceptable for Moscow that this company, which is a Russian guaranty for “South Stream” construction, to change so drastically.
“I saw some articles, but I don’t want to comment unnamed sources”, Mihajlovic said to journalists in Serbian Government.
“This is governmental plan. I believe that plan of Srbijagas reorganization is good, first of all for Serbia, but for citizens also”, Serbian Minister of Energy announced.
According to the plan of Energy Ministry, Srbijagas supposes to be divided in two companies by the end of the week- a company for supply and company for gas transport, while administration of this company suggests organization of this company in the holding structure.
